Bridgetree Technologies Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates the Bridgetree Learn training program and the website learn.bridgetreetech.co.ke ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our Service.
The short version
We collect only the information you provide through our application form (name, email, phone, track preference) to process your enrollment. We store this data securely in Google Workspace. We do not sell your data or share it with third-party advertisers.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when applying to or enrolling in our programs:
Application Data
Full name, email address, phone number, preferred track, experience level, and any message you include
AI Waitlist Data
Email address provided for the AI Masterclass interest list
Enrollment Data
Payment records, attendance, course progress, and project submissions during the program
Communication Data
Messages exchanged via email, WhatsApp, or other channels during admissions or the program
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Processing and responding to your application
- Communicating with you about enrollment, scheduling, and program updates
- Managing your course enrollment, attendance, and progress
- Providing career support services (CV review, mock interviews, portfolio feedback)
- Sending program-related announcements, including future course offerings
- Improving our programs and website based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored and processed using the following services:
- Bridgetree servers: applications submitted on this website are stored on a server operated by Bridgetree Technologies, and a copy is emailed to our admissions inbox ([email protected]), also on our own mail server
- Cloudflare for website delivery and DDoS protection
- WhatsApp (Meta) for admissions communication when you initiate contact via WhatsApp
We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Cloudflare, for operating the Service, and Meta and TikTok, for measuring our advertising (see Cookies and Tracking below)
- Legal requirements: If required by Kenyan law, regulation, or legal process
- With your consent: For example, sharing your portfolio with potential employers at your request
Cookies and Tracking
We use the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure how people find us through our ads. These tools may set cookies and tell Meta and TikTok which pages you visit on this website and when you submit an application, so we can see which ads bring in applicants. We do not send them your name, email address, phone number, or the contents of your application. Their use of this data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and TikTok's Privacy Policy. You can limit ad tracking in your browser, device, Facebook, and TikTok settings. We do not use Google Analytics. Cloudflare, which delivers this website, may set technical cookies required for security and performance.
We also count, on our own server, how many visitors reach each step of the application form (for example, viewing the form, finishing the first step, or submitting it). Each visit gets a random ID that is kept only for that browser tab, and we store it with the step and the campaign link that brought you here. These counts never include your name, phone number, email address or anything you type, and are used only to improve the website.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your data (subject to any legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for communications at any time
- Opt out of future marketing communications

Children's Privacy
Our programs are designed for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If a minor wishes to enroll, a parent or guardian must submit the application and provide consent.
Data Retention
We retain application data for up to 12 months after the relevant cohort ends. Enrolled student records (attendance, grades, certificates) are retained for up to 5 years for verification purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
